Remove and agitate 

Repeat heating and agitate steps

Large 

Fold in half

Place in the center of the microwave

Heat for 1 minute

Remove and agitate

Repeat heating and agitate steps

Enjoy your Flax Pac 

 

Oven

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Wrap the Flax Pac in tinfoil

Lie on a baking sheet

Set time for 10 minutes

Remove and agitate

Set timer for another 10 minutes

Remove and check temperature

Let cool if too warm to wear
